These bars are jam packed with energy. They’re super tasty and the perfect guilt free sweet snack for fitness freaks or just anybody looking for chocolaty bliss. They’re also 100% vegan!
You’ll need these ingredients for about 16 squares
- 3 ripe bananas
- half cup of Hemp protein powder
- half cup pecan or walnuts
- 6 Tblsp Organic Cocoa powder
This is how we did it:
Mush the 3 bananas with a fork until very fine. Crush the nuts in a mortar and pestle, not too fine; you want some pieces in the brownies.
Now mix everything together. And if you want to amplify the experience even more, you can add a hand full of organic dark choc chips.
Pour batter in a baking pan prepared with butter or coconut oil. Bake for 10 – 15min in a 200 degree oven.
