  • 0.5 cup Coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup Almond butter or any other nut butter
  • 0.5 cup Raw cacao powder
  • 0.5 tsp Baking soda
  • 0.25 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup Pitted dates


  1. Add the Coconut milk, cacao powder and pitted dates to your blender. My dates where frozen, so I soaked them in boiling water for a while before adding to the blender. Discard the water. Blend until completely smooth.

  2. Now add all the other ingredients; almond butter, baking soda, salt and mix well.

  3. Spoon into prepared muffin pan and bake for 10min in a heated oven at 175 deg.
